I`m 14.I have really awful thighs and I mean awful I think this is because I have a big bottom that does actually stick out. My legs from the knee down I view as "chubby" only they`re made to look even more stumpy and fat by my thighs and bottom. I do a lot of sport; dance, swimming, diving, and skating and I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I have stopped eating “junk food" (occasionally allowing myself a packet of crisps/some chocolate/ a few biscuits) and finding that aspect quite easy but I see no changes at all and if I`m to dance it is essential to have toned and healthy looking legs which I definately don`t have. Is there any help at all? I`ve tried a lot of excersises from the internet but they don`t work. I should mention I have stretch marks at the top of my thighs.
How can I lose leg, thigh and bottom fat?

From the waist up I have been said to be skinny I have very strong stomache muscles and this area is in no way chubby at all.I do have a tiny little bit of fat under my chin but that only visible when I tilt my head up. I have an hour-glass figure but my legs and bottom really do ruin it!

Ah... lots of people have this problem. I would recommend doing a special workout DVD for butt and thighs. I like Julian Micheals, personally myself. If DVD's don't work, you might want to go to the gym and get a trainer or take some classes with professionals. Please please don't overdue it... I had a big tummy, and worked out so much and starved myself so I became anorexic and more than 25 pounds underweight. If it is so hard for you to lose that extra fat that you are straining yourself, please just stop before it gets deadly. Just walk in front of a mirror and say to yourself, "I am beautiful," every day. Love the skin you're in!
