I'm applying to be in the Belgian army but I'm struggling with the running test. I only have to run for 12 minutes, with the speed going up all the time, which doesn't seem all that hard.. But, it's really hard for me mentally. I bring myself down while running by telling myself I can't do it, which leads to me giving up and feeling horrible about it. So how do I give all I got for 12 minutes without giving up?
