I got my first period last night and I can't tell my mum because I find it awkward and I just need some help about what to do and maybe some ways to tell my mum?! Please help me!!!?

Just Tell your mum, she will help, she knows it will happen some day. " Mum I had a period" If you don't tell her who's going to buy you tampons and pads? Would you rather let your mum pay for those stuff or would you use your own precious pocket money? If it happens at school, pack some pads in your backpack otherwise go to the toilets and put tissues inside your knickers. Plus Don't be crazy a eat your period. some girls do it.
