My mother and father have been married for about 37 years. She is Spanish, and met my father when he was in the Air Force.
Currently my father is retired from the AF and works a contractor for a company in England. He is an American Citizen. My mother is living in Spain to stay with her parents who are ailing.
My mom lost her green card in the last move, and is trying to figure out how to obtain citizenship in case anything happens to either of my parents as they are getting older.
My father thinks that she cannot reapply for a green card or citizenship unless she is on his orders and living with him in England.
I am trying to find out more information for them, can anyone point me in the right direction?
