i say it looks like ingrown hairs but i am yet to pull one out ... have really oily skin but have never had this many deep hardcore pimples on my face and now the sores on my body?? they r extremly red and get somewhat hard almost impossible to pop any ideas what im dealing with r what to do about it?

Ingrown hairs look like a drop of something dark under the skin. They are almost exclusively under shorts or collar. When you scrape over the top, the hair springs out and it might be an inch or two long.
"Oily skin" has nothing to do with pimples, except that both are peculiar to teens.
Only three things are known for sure about acne:
1. Only humans get it.
2. The only cure is to outgrow it.
3. #2 is not very reliable.
