Okay, so to start off I statically shock people all the time around 4 to 15 times a day. This is whenever, that means I could be barefoot, wearing rubber shoes, sandals, ext. This also could mean that it is the driest day, or the rainiest; I constantly shock people all of the time. Since I am constantly doing this I would like an answer why and how to prevent this from happening when I am pumping gas or doing something that the shock could make fatal. Lastly, I do not scuff my feet; my house is tile with only one carpet; I don't use dryer sheets; I can sometimes feel when I shock people, sometimes I can; I live in a rainy area; it doesn't matter if it is rainy or the object I shock it wet; I have worn rubber soled shoes and non rubber soled shoes, either way it doesn't matter. Please help.
