Hello, this has been a long back and forget issue between me and the landlord. Yesterday the constable show up with a new eviction hearing notice, he was inside is Patrol car and I was outside my place. He put the time on a paper work but never ask me to sign. He give me the original set of papers and a copy. I think that is the copy he should return back to court, but like I said before, he never ask me neither for my ID nor to sign anything. Should I still go in good faith or should I use this issue on my behalf to gain more time. Just trying to be honest here. Thank

It appears the constable was doing the job of a process server.
Your signature is NOT required. Look, at the paperwork, and find out
when the hearing is - if it's not there ..... then only the judge and landlord will
be at the hearing.
It also seems like you haven't resolved the issue between you and your landlord.
Start looking for another place to live....
Hello thank for your answer. The officer did told me You been serve but didnt confirmed by identity by asking for my ID or required my signature on the paper work. It could it be any other person who received the paper work. I believe is a person its not properly serve there is not action that can be taking aginst the person if the same is not aware of a hearing. Im not a law person but its common sense. Would u agreed ?
