Im writing a book. But i dont want to be inaccurate or insensitive about the subject. I know mang people have different experiences with tourettes and i would like to know.

Like you said it is different for different people. I have it. Some tics come and go. Some stay with you. I have tics like hand twitching, sometimes constant eye fluttering. Swearing is also one major tic. They involuntarily swear. That is one of the tics I had that went away over time. But there are a whole plethora of different types of tics and it can be different in other people. Both the type of tic and the intensity of them.
