I caught my co-worker staring at my body from the corner of his eye, he is always asking me personal questions, and about my family, I recently told him I’m looking for another job and he said “no, stay here” but I insisted I am trying to find a better job and he initially seemed to encourage me but then when I said I've been seeing this guy who’s an employment counselor he’s like “you’re not really going to bother are you? I mean come on, you can’t do it. You won’t even do well. Stay here. “ I’m really confused about why my coworker seems so assertive and controlling

The work place one of the places people meet and some find true love. It harder today world to find a good relationship. Weather just friends or dates. What is there internet. Stores while shopping. Not many got to laundry mats. And with new laws the night club seen not much. Or quiet bar. It sounds like he like you. He feel comfortable around you. That why he act like he does.
