People I know have a book of art work they have made over some time, if a police officer is able to get ahold of that book can you get fined for having it?

if you did the defamation of putting the graffiti on ones personal property and you put it on there you could go to jail or get fined and have to remove it from others property as part of your sentence but if you just have the book and your not doing this it might get over looked but if the officer really wanted to push the idea he could cause alot of issues
