Do I have a Kidney infection?

I have been experiencing pains in my kidney for 4 days, however I have not experienced a fever and the pain isn't always there. 
10 months ago I had an infection with a fever that left me in hospital for 3 nights. Does it sound like I have a kidney infection and if so will I likely to be kept in hospital again even though my symptoms aren't that bad?

It sounds like you should see a doctor about your symptoms for sure, I am no doctor but if you have been experiencing these severe pains for a long period of time... don't risk it, please go and see someone. You better be sure.

What you have is a belly ache. It might be caused by a dozen or so conditions and only a doctor can figure out which one.
