If my parents split when i was born and now im 17 and my mother kicks me out and tells me to go live with my father, a man i have never met, do i have to go or can i live with a sibling instead.

It all depends on where is live some times. At your age though if you went up in front of a juge they would look at your age and that you have never met this man on top of it all. You can live where you want to. Her kicking you out. well She can't do anything about it. My answer is yes!
