its about the rules if you break a rule they can give you another chance but this means that you have to go by the book did you sign something saying you knew what the rule was and you signed it saying you understand what the rules were now this must be a rule that if you smoke taking the bins out its manditory release of employment if they can do this just means is it a rule if you don't know anything about it then fight it
No, they did not get me to sign anything or give me a list of rules. I wasnt even given a warning. That's why I'm disputing it. The. Thing I'm not sure of is because I didn't sign a contract yet, can they fire me without warning.
