Your request of help is your belief that stress is "inside" you.
Stress is NOT an internal battle within you but always due to an "external" cause.
There are many help centers which will listen to your stress problems/depression. What they do is just to let you exert what is troubling you inside while they are listening.Basically they are not solving your problems with suggestion/advice but let you discover what really is stressing/bothering you.
This technique is know as "clearing the mud to spot the crocodile". It means that when you are stressed/confused you cannot see the problem or answer easily but when you are guided to reveal what is inside you the answer to your problem is your self-discovery. You cannot see the crocodiles inside the muddy water unless you drain out all those mud.
