Hi! my question is about my brother he is 16 years old and complaining mucus and blood in stool?

...  since a year  without any kind of symptoms or pain and weight loss is may be due to blood loss , stool is normal no constipation mucus is sometime mix with blood and sometime separate and blood usually fresh bright red  in color no moles near, in or outside of rectum and again symptomless condition so, plz plz plz kindly let me know what could be the diagnosis....... i'll be very THANKFUL to u

i would get him to the dr bleeding in the stool can be a medical problen that needs a emergency room or the dr office  its important for him to get checked out by a doctor he might have a tear in the bowel or a stomach issues

Sorry for the late answer. From what you described, it resembles the Crohn disease (or other stomach problems).
