It Depends On The Picture He Drew And If He Gives You A Certain Look Or Acts A Little Different Around You Then He Likes You And If You Want To Tell Him You Like Him Then Give Him A Drawing Of Your Own, Show Him You Like To Draw (If You Do). But Remember To Be Yourself And Try To Get A Liking On His Interest, This Way He'll Fell More Into You
