I have this crush on a man in his mid 30's and I'm 21. I'm just curious to know what to say and how to let him know I've been interested in him for quite a while. Ive never been with a guy his age so i don't know what to talk about and what interests men his age. Any questions I can ask to see if he's interested in younger women? Or conversation starters that might interest him? What do men in there 30's look for in women?

men in their 30's like it if you are confident and if you just act like yourself... they are comfortable if you are comfortable ..... a way you could ask him on a date without making it obvious that it is a date is ask if he is hingry and if he would like to go to lunch/ breakfast / dinner..... a couple ways that you could start a conversation are.... so, are you having a good day?
and if he asks about your day give some details but dont overwhelm him ... let him talk for a little and make sure to laugh and have fun with it... another could be..... so , do you have any hobbies that you do ? .... or .... what is your favorite kind of food here?( if you are at a resturant)
