I am wondering if it should be an all over buzz cut with clippers to have same short length everywhere or a scissors cut with some length left on top to comb. what should look better when it is growing back ?Also I am wondering if I get a clipper cut will it be difficult to grow it back ?

I'm 61. And I've been getting a buzz cut for the last 30yrs. 3/16 of an inch long every 5 weeks. All my ladyfriends love it. It's cheaper. Takes about 10 minutes at the most. And maintenance is absolutely minimal. It grows back better than ever and its always clippers, a1&1/2 blade. I first grew to love them at marine boot when I was 17. But let it grow longer in college after the war just to be part of the crowd, then , back to the buzz. You'll love it, even makes you look younger. Don't worry about it.
Thanks for your answer. The thing is that I have had long hair for almost all my life. I need to cut them short for a religious reason and most likey I will be growing it back. So I am wondering first of all how the buzz cut will look on me and secondly will it grow back nicely.
