I baked in my oven without knowing oven cleaner was in it.Is it harmful? My 2 yr old also ate?

I used my oven to bake without knowing someone else had put oven cleaner in last night until i was eating they asked if i had wiped off the oven cleaner that was in there, my 2 year old also ate. Is it harmful? What should i do? Should i throw everthing else out? Or is it not harmful ?
