Until Nov. 25th, my rent was $849.91 a month ($777.05 for apartment and $72.86 for regular parking in garage). I made it to the top of the waiting list for a reserved space, making my rent now $873.89 a month ($23.98 more), as reserved parking is $96.84. But the prorated amount I paid for those six days in November was for $29.48.

Ok so here's the break down...
Regular parking is 72.86/month...that = 2.43/day
Reserved parking is 96.84/month...that = 3.23/day
So that means from Nov 1 - Nov 24 parking costs 58.32
and from Nov 25 - Nov 30 parking costs 19.38
the total for rent and parking in Nov should be (777.05+58.32+19.38) = 854.75
If I'm understanding correctly they charged you 29.48 instead of 19.38 for the last 6 days of Nov. so they overcharged you by $10.10
