well i want to lose 10 kg. but i can't tird alot of diets but i can't complete except a day or so then what to do any ideas thanx in advance :)

Eat a balanced diet - 5-7 vegetables daily,
3 fruits daily, meat ( chicken or fish etc )
eggs,bread,cereal,nuts, drink lots of water
in yr day. No cakes/biscuits / choc / etc
Exercise.. find something you love doing
+ do it ( walking,cycling,golf,dancing,etc..)
Tip: If you have a favourite t.v. show u watch
do some squats or other exercises as well.

I can't even tell you how many diets I've tried. They

My advise to you, cissy, is to eat wisely, cut down on your portions, and one day a week cheat and go eat that bacon cheese burger or whatever you have missed. Don't go overboard, eat normal portions that one day. Doing this, you're
giving your brain mixed signals. Just when your brain wants to
start going in survival mode, just consuming under 1000 cal can

hmm to lose your weight first off all you go for joging early in the morning every day and after coming back have one glass of lemon juice with honey and then at 12o'clock have your lunch and then in evening have some low calories food littlebit and go for evening walk and at night 10 o'clock have your supper.Everything you follow timely then you can lose your weight
