As long as you know that she's interested or doesn't mind, just do it! We hate it when we have to guess.. or even consider making a "move" ourselves. Start out slowly, maybe with some harmless flirting, and build your way up from there. But whatever you do, if she rejects the "move" or says "no" then stop. Disrespect is a huge turnoff.
