How can I speed up my breast growth as how can I get my period faster? I'm nervous about my first kiss with a tongue what if I do it wrong? Please help me answer these questions xx

You can't make your period come faster it will come on its own when your body is ready , also don't think there is anyway possible to speed up making your breasts bigger , don't know how to answer the kiss question basically the answer to all of these are it will just come naturally.. you need to slow down your only 14 if I was 14 again and had no period and AA cup I would have been a very happy girl lol
I'm 12 and I know exactly what your going through, I went through it not so long ago. About a couple weeks ago to be exact. Luckily for you there ARE ways to get your first period faster which can also help you develop into your body a little faster. Let me get right to it. So when your go through puberty you start to get estrogen and progesterone. This makes you develop breast, acne ext. there are foods that exists that contain estrogen. When I started eating these foods I drank pineapple juice, sunflower seeds, pomegranate, apples, carrots, chamomile tea, broccoli, berries, dried fruit, oranges, sesame seeds and vitamin c. I actually got vitamins (vitamin c) or you can eat foods with vitamin C in them. I suggest you get the actual vitamins because it worked better. So I ate them not every day and hour but I included them in my diet and after a few days I noticed lots of white sticky discharge, I knew I was ovulating on the spot because there was so much, I looked up how long you ovulate before your first period and it said 2 weeks. Than out of no where one week passed and I woke up with RED BLOOD all in my underwear. Not spots but blood. I hope this will help you because it really helped me get my FIRST period way faster than expected.
