Wat do u do if u hav a party in 6 days nd all girlswill wear bikinis but u cuz u weigh 160 lbs HELP?

You wont get skinny in 6 days. period. If you want to adress your weight, you go see a dietician, and start working-out. I know this isnt an answer youre looking for. Look in the mirror and name ( at least) one feature youre proud of (youre eyes/ lips/ hair/ etc) and overstate that, to make that the focus point. Also, dont wear a bikini if that makes you insecure, but a bathing suit or just "beachware". If you feel confident, you will look and act alike.

I Know what you mean. When I Was 12 i weighted 140lbs(Now I'm13 And I Weight About 120). And i had the SAME thing happen to me. We'lll Heres What i did. I Did NOT Wear a bikini. i dont mean to sound rude but the only thing worst then being a little chuncky, is being a little chuncky and wearing a bikini. When i weight 140lbs, i wore a one piece. now, you think ewww one piece there for old ppl. no. My one peice was Kinda Sexy looking Hahaha, all black and the back of it dipped low to show my back. my best answer wound be to wear something like i did. hope i counld help you out.( And If Your Trying To Lost Weight, Trying Runing With Some friends, thats how i lost most of my weight, by just runing with my bff/naybor 2-4 times a week)
