Well I am a 16 year old girl and I am a bit overweight so I thought about starting a diet plan. I have been on this for a whole week but what changes I done for the first week were: reduce the amount of rice,bread and sweets I ate, drink more water, do a little bit of exercise and eating salad. But today I ate a lot of this tomato sauce with pepper because it was so tasty but I didn't eat much rice. The problem is that I thought than anything wouldn't make me gain weight as long as it is related to fruits and vegetables but this time I ate pretty much of it. I really feel horrible about it but I think I really should know what will happen right now. Will I gain all the weight I lost I guess I lost about 3 kilo grams but they showed a difference, believe me.
i don't think that tomatoes are going to make you gain wait here is a few tips get fiber it acts like a sponge to soak things up cuts your calories now watch your carbs because they can make you gain weight now cut the sugar out of your diet this will help you lose weight eat rich fruits and vegetables along with protein and another eat less fat
