... month's, catches a drunk in public charge, that off course got dropped ( dismissed), what would happen to this person?

if they have a visa and the charge has been dropped or dismissed there shouldn't be any problems i would think but you have to have a clear record nothing on it it depends to if the charge was a felony or a misdeaminor and there is no history meaning your criminal record is clear no charges at all they might over look it but it just depends on the imagration yea they could put a person on notice to make sure that person doesn't get into any more trouble
