Holiday entitlement?

i work 4 nights on 4 nights off. what is my yearly holiday entitlement. spoke to my Manager today they informed me I only had 8 days left till next April. already had 8 days off. I do if my shift falls on Bank Holidays which I dont get extra pay for.

It differs from country to country. In the States people tend to get 10 days paid annual leave and in the UK it is about 28 days of paid leave. It also depends on how many years you've been working for the company. It would say it in your work contract though.
