I started meal prepping for 3 weeks and i noticed that i lost more inches than weight. But then came the holidays, and i ate like i was never going to eat again. Now i feel like i have more arm fat than ever and even slightly loose skin. I am not a plus sized girl but im not skinny either. How can i get rid of the loose skin in my arms without having huge arm muscles?
Ps. I never worked out while meal prepping because my workout is pretty intense and i dont want my fat to turn to muscle and get bulked up.

I dont have much knowledge when it comes to healthy eating and exercising so please no negative comments.
