I have a 15 year old cat who has never been around another cat. Should I wait to get a kitten?

I've wanted to get a kitten for a while but I already have an elderly cat. He's 15 and has never been around other cats. Is it too late to get a kitten while he's still alive? The last thing I want to do is stress my poor baby out in his last few years.

Yes. I would wait. I too have a older cat and was going to get a kitten. I talked to my vet. She said that it would be very hard on my old one. And that the old one may start peeing on things. And start having other behaviors.
