My friend tends to like to hug me for long periods of time and I haven't noticed her doing that with other people. When we were out drunk with our friends she was all over me hugging and touching me a lot, she even tried to kiss me at one point. She wasn't like that with anyone else. The other thing though is she talks about a date she went on recently and how she's just getting over her ex from a few months ago. Is she shy or does she not like me more than a friend?

well she knows what would bother you as far as the touchy stuff she is trying to come out and have fun she has also bonded with you to her this stuff she feels that she may be having feelings i would sit down and talk to her and ask her theses question she is trying to come out of this hole she has been in this is the perfect way of doing this what is she like when she is sober ask yourself if its different
She does sometimes act touchy with me when sober but mostly only when drunk. When I mentioned to her about that time she kissed me she laughed it off. When we catch up she tells me how she's missed me. She's spoken to me about a crush she has on someone at work, not sure if that's to get a reaction out of me or not. She also tells me she loves me almost every time we see each other, I'm confused if that's just in a friend way or not.
