I also have a male cat and my family seem to think he has mated my kitten. but he has been neutered and my kitten seems to be in pain please what wrong with my kitten?

If the male cat is neutered there's no way that your kitten and he mated to see for sure just look and see if the kitten has any blood coming from that area, but it could also be that the kitten is scared of something.I would check the kitten out thoroughly to see if there is any evidence of this happening.
How old is your kitten? As the previous poster said, if your male cat is neutured there is no way he can have gotten her pregnant. However, if she is old enough she might just be in heat. Female cats have a tendancy to roll around, yowl and purr when they are in heat and have a male cat closeby. If that is indeed the case the problem should solve itself when she gets out of that phase in a few weeks.
