... between two of my teeth (not my front teeth) the gap is near the back of my teeth. The gap is not too big. And everything is perfect except for that gap.. My question is if they take my braces off will my retainer fix the gap?? Or will they just put chains and i will have to get them off my next appointment? (Which is two months) Thanks amy!!

they might put something on your teeth to close the gap up then remove it in a couple months the retainer might even do the job but you won't know that till you bring up the situation to your denist just tell him your concerns and ask what he suggests you have done about the situation he should be able to come up with a good result
