My boyfriend's daughter is 11 years old she is constantly kissing his face and neck and laying on top of him while he is sitting down in front of family and friends Is this normal? it bothers me and when I tell him he says its my daughter I can do what I want I find this disgusting

It's sad if he is getting turn on,
.and what do think will happens if another parent sees this - they could very well report him to the authorities. She is behaving like a little girl / he is letting her. Affection is fine but it's time for boundaries.
