I usually eat the same foods everyday but here I've been thrown out the normal and I don't know whether I'm eating to much or if I'm abnormal. Today I had a smallish bowl of honey nut cornflakes with a little semi skim milk and a banana. For lunch we went out and I had 4 chicken nuggets and a handful of fries (all fried) I then had an ice cream which was 250 cal and I'll be having a big meal probably, although I never finish it. I'm 20 and I'm very active walking quite a few miles a day.
