Everyday I woke up to my alarm and get up at the exact time or even woke up earlier than my alarm. For the past 3 weeks I can't even get a good night sleep, I wake up to my alarm then just hit snooze. I've been feeling lazier getting up and extremely exhausted. I wake up at 7:30am now I hit the snooze and wake up extremely late. I never hit snooze, I always wake up to my alarm. Is there something wrong with me all of a sudden? By the the way I don't wake up at all in the middle of the night
