has she had any paperwork that states that she can't have company over when the kids aren't there or anything saying she can't have another guy spending the night while she is going through the divorce i would play it safe when the kids are gone but if he is having a relationship and hes not paying attention to this and theres no stipulation saying either one can't have a relationship he should abide by the same rules i would think that there is no reason for the whole idea alot of people are in relationships while there going through stuff like that what's the custody thing about and has there been any remarks made about her or him
